Our Mission

Serene Spirit Mental Health Care was founded on the belief that mental health is an integral part of overall health and wellness. Untreated or under-treated mental health conditions can negatively impact physical health and other medical conditions. Emotional distress due to life transitions or experiences can impact physical, emotional and spiritual health. Our staff believes in an integrated mind-body-spirit approach to care. We strive to help our clients obtain or regain a sense of well-being.

Our prescribers can combine medication management and therapy, creating a 'one-stop shop'. However, If you already have a therapist or need only medication management, we will provide that.
